Submissions: If you are a solo artist or in a band and would like to submit content for review please understand that we attempt to review everything; however, due to the large volume of submissions we do not guarantee a response.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM EGGHUNT?
At this time we do not offer pick up services. Please expect to pay shipping and receive your order via USPS.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY EXISTING ORDER OR COMBINE INDIVIDUAL ORDERS?
Due to the high volume of orders and how they are processed we are unable to combine orders or add items once an order has been placed.
If your order is returned we will email you at the email address associated with the order. We will email you at least twice and if we do not receive a reply within 2 months of our initial email- we will cancel the order and issue your account a credit.
EggHunt Records is not responsible for customs charges.
Standard shipments will be marked as a gift.
It is difficult to predict the behavior of the customs agent especially since we ship items to every country in the world and each one behaves a little differently. If you have special customs instructions, please put them on the comments section of your order
NOTE: EggHunt Records is NOT responsible, for lost/damaged parcels shipped via the USPS or Royal Mail unless additional Insurance or Registered services are purchased and applied to the order in question.
